We remained hopeful that Texas Athletics camps would not be impacted by the COVID-19 (coronavirus) crisis, but with cancellations across our campus now extending into the summer months, we will no longer be able to hold our summer camps this year. We appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for the unforeseen circumstances that have forced us to cancel all of our camps. With that said, we wanted to let you know that you have two options for any registration fees you have already paid – you can either request a full refund or choose to defer your current registration for a future camp date. We’re extremely disappointed we will not be seeing you this summer and look forward to hosting you at our camps in the future. Below are instructions on how to select your preferred option for your camp registration.

To defer your registration to a future camp date:
If you would like to defer your registration to a future camp date, no action is needed. We will automatically credit your account beginning on May 16, 2020, and you can use that credit toward a future camp date.

To request a refund:  
If you would like to request a refund for camps you are registered for between now and July 31st, please email girlsbballcamp@athletics.utexas.edu or call (512) 232-8447 by not later than May 15, 2020.  After this date, your registration will default to a future camp date and a refund can no longer be requested.
